The Pez Dispenser

	Jerry gets a Pez dispenser that Kramer bought in a flea market.
	Jerry places the Pez dispenser on Elaine's knee during Noels consert, and Elaine can't stop laughing.
	Elaine meets John Malaka outside the concert. They agree about a intervention for Richie Appel, who has a drug problem.
	Noel is really upset about the laughing. She will always remember that laugh.

	George thinks Noel will break up with him. After advice from Kramer, he breaks up with her. So now he has the upper hand.
	Noel hears Elaine laugh, so she breaks up with George.
